My husband and I really wanted to get married in Costa Rica at the Riu Guanacaste; however, Calgary was not a departure city for all-inclusive packages to this hotel. Miranda had the difficult task of meeting our specific needs. Luckily for us, Miranda’s incredibly hard work paid off as she discovered that ‘Sunwing Vacations’ had recently added Edmonton as a new departure city. Not all of our guests wanted to travel to Edmonton from Calgary, so Miranda was more than happy to assist with booking air and hotel separately. She really went above and beyond making sure that our very large group was happy with all of their travel arrangements. We have received numerous positive comments from our guests about how quickly Miranda returned emails and phone calls, and how friendly and accommodating she was in order to meet everybody’s needs. Miranda even emailed a package for every guest with information about Costa Rica, travel tips, currency and recommended vaccinations...she really did think of everything!
The Riu Guanacaste Hotel was a beautiful oasis. The grounds were breathtaking and the food was delicious... even the buffet quality and variety appealed to all tastes and exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with how the wedding turned out and completely grateful to Miranda for her knowledge and hard work.
