Our first vacation together was to Sandal's Emerald Bay only a year into our relationship. While there, we looked at all the pictures of the other resorts that they have hanging in every hall way. One in particular always caught our eye, and we agreed that one day that would be where we would get married. Now, five years later and officially engaged, we did it! Sandal's Negril in Jamaica was everything we hoped it would be, and we might not have pulled it off if not for Miranda. Negril was our dream resort, but we debated other locations as to not put so much financial stress on friends and family that we wanted to come and share in our day.
Miranda did so much extra work for us getting cost comparisons for similar locations and group booking quotes to get the prices down as much as possible. We also had guests from across Canada and in the USA to take in to consideration. I think I might have lost my mind if I did it all myself! She also always kept in mind that the bottom line was to have the weddingmoon of our dreams, and she wasn't afraid to keep us on track of what we really wanted. I'm so glad we listened because even after two weeks at the resort, we still weren't ready to fly home!
